Confidentiality

Kindly note that all conversations, videos, chats, resources, emails and phone calls will be held in the strictest confidence. Distribution to third parties by either party is a breach of confidentiality. 

Mentees in breach will be immediately blacklisted with no option of refund and may be sued.

The advice provided during the Leke Alder Mentoring Programme (LAMP) is based on personal experience. Before acting on the advice, you should consider its appropriateness, having regard to your own circumstances and needs. If any referrals are made, you should conduct due diligence on those recommendations before making any decisions. 

Leke Alder disclaims all and any guarantees, undertakings and warranties, expressed or implied, and shall not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including human or computer error, negligent or otherwise, or incidental or consequential loss or damage) arising out of or in connection with any use of or reliance on the information or advice given during the Leke Alder Mentoring Programme. The user must accept sole responsibility associated with the use of any material and advice, irrespective of the purpose for which such use or results are applied. 

Refund Policy

This programme is non-refundable, and participants must endeavour to join on the dates prescribed. If a participant is unavailable on scheduled dates, they may send an email to ea@lekealder.com to enquire about rescheduling at Leke Alder’s convenience. This will only be granted in exceptional circumstances.
